Live stream

The live stream is a real-time activity feed showing recent platform events. Open it with the Show live stream button available on the Cases list, Alerts list, and case detail pages, as well as the My Tasks and Waiting Tasks pages.

Each entry in the stream represents an audit event and shows:

  • Updated by — the user or service that triggered the change, with a relative timestamp

  • Object — the type and title of the affected entity

  • Details — the fields that changed and their values

The panel does not display the operation type (create / update / delete), and entries do not contain links to the affected objects.

Opening the live stream from the Cases list or Alerts list shows the 10 most recent events across the organisation. Opening it from inside a case detail shows the 10 most recent events scoped to that case.
