Energy SOAR’s multi-tenancy model is built around organisations. Each organisation is a fully isolated workspace with its own cases, alerts, users, and analyzer configurations. A user can belong to multiple organisations and holds a separate profile in each.

This chapter covers three areas: creating and managing organisations and their inter-links, configuring user accounts and API keys, and platform-level administration settings.
